SUP Fitness sessions combine Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) and bootcamp in one exciting, fun, high energy 60 minute session.
SUP FIT will improve your general fitness, build strength and tone up and strengthen your core, all whilst having fun.
You don’t have to be an elite athlete as SUP Fit is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. We don’t use military training techniques, so no yelling. Just lots of encouragement and smiles.
SUP exercises include stand up paddleboarding, exercises on the SUP and using the SUP as a weight plus more! Bootcamp exercises include a combination of weights, cardio, toning and core work.
By mixing up the sessions between bootcamp & SUP it ensures you get a fun, exciting full body workout. Each session is different so you never get bored!
You will receive BASIC TRAINING on a SUP prior to your first session.
Sunday 9.00 - 10.00am
If you want to start your own private group with friends on a different time and day it can be arranged.
